Chocolate Ganache Macarons

Let’s welcome a new flavour for our macaron series – The Chocolate Ganache Macaron! What makes it different from the chocolate macaron is in that of the filling. While the fillings of most macarons would be made with buttercream, we replaced buttercream with white chocolate for our chocolate ganache macaron, for those who enjoy macarons that are slightly less sweet than usual.
